About The Role
Communication and Performance Officer (Planning Enforcement) 

We are looking for an individual to join our busy, established and friendly enforcement team. You will be responsible for compiling data and producing reports for management and the team. You will monitor progress of selected cases and ensure that all stakeholders are kept updated on progress. You will support enforcement officers with case work, including preparing and monitoring planning notices. We are seeking an individual with a high level of initiative who is an individual contributor as well as a team player. The individual needs to be comfortable making decisions within the scope of the role.   

The candidate will ideally have some experience of working in a town and country planning context. We will also consider applications from candidates who have an understanding of other regulatory and/or enforcement regimes and would be able to apply their skills and experience to this role.

We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, highly motivated and organised. You will need to be an excellent communicator, have good attention to detail and a strong interest in regulatory work.
